We are committed to improve our production in order to preserve the environment. In 2018 we launched our first recycled collections,
producing fabrics made from pre-consumer cotton and post-consumer plastic bottles.

Today, 90% of our production is made with either recycled or sustainable materials, everything is carefully chosen to generate the lowest possible impact on the planet.

We believe that actions speak louder than words, which is why we work with a number of certifications in our factories, processes and fibres, including GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OEKO TEX, Reach, etc.

We produce our fabrics locally in Spain to ensure the highest control in our productions. In our factories we closely control our emissions, waste and resources, as well as establishing partnerships that ensures the highest quality.

We focus on developing premium, durable textiles, that will last longer and
have a positive impact in our planet. Last year, we saved 5M liters of water and 430.000kg of CO2.

90% of our production is made with recycled polyester from post-consumer plastic bottles and pre-consumer cotton.

How is recycled polyester made? Everything begins by collecting old plastic water bottles and breaking it into small chips. These tiny pieces go through a process of granulation, decolorization and purification, leaving us with just the raw polyester material. This material is processed and turned into yarn, which is woven, producing the long-lasting and vibrant fabrics we use in our textile collections.

Besides reducing the amount of plastic that goes to the landfill, studies confirm that recycling polyester fabrics and reusing cotton takes 70% less energy, 75% less CO₂ and 86% less water than producing fabrics with virgin materials.
