DIGITAL TRANSFER PRINTING

DIY TRANSFER PROJECT

Hispano Tex launches Transfer Project, a new way to work with us using digital transfer printing method.nnThe digital transfer printing consists in transferring a decorative pattern from paper to the fabric, most common print base is polyester.

There are plenty of benefits for using this method, the main one is the accurate vibrant colours and sharp graphic details that you can obtain. Also, allows the designer to create certain shapes or effects that cannot be replicated by any other form of printing as well the choice of colours is unlimited.

What are the advantages of digital transfer printing?

  1. Transfer printing guarantees exact and unlimited colour match
  2. Recreated graphic details with unsurpassed accuracy on your fabric
  3. Easy and safe creation of complex patterns and design on paper
  4. Flexibility in the minimum of printed meters. The minimum order is 1.000 meters and you can print 5 different designs.

You can choose between two recycled fabrics to print your designs:

  • Vittel is 100% Recycled polyester, made with upcycled plastic bottles. It is a thick fabric that weights 255gr/m2 and has Panama structure.

Kona is also a 100% Recycled polyester, with a half-panama structure. Its weight is 205gr/m2 and width 300cm.

Both fabrics are 100% certified by GRS (Global Recycled Standard): an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of Recycled Content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions.
